South Korea and France signed a working holiday program agreement through which 2,000 young people will be able to work and travel in the European country every year for up to one year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade said Monday.
The agreement, effective from next year, was signed Monday by Foreign Minister Yu Myung-hwan and French Ambassador to Seoul Philippe Thiebaud in Seoul.
